Q.Do we have to keep the inflatables plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes, once we set up the inflatable it must stay inflated the entire time until day of pick up date between the times of 8 am to 5 pm.
Q.Are we responsible for the rental item if it gets a tear or damaged?
A.We offer a damage waiver at an additional cost in case of damage. However, if you opt out of this option you are responsible for the cost in the event the damage is beyond normal wear and tear.
Q.Can silly string be considered a damage on the inflatable rentals?
A.Yes, if we find any silly string on any of our inflatables after usage there will be an additional cleaning fee of $300.
