Q.What does the price include?
A.Price include set-up and removal. Some travel fees may apply. 
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, please call our office for a current quote.
Q.Does the rental time include your set up time for deliveries?
A.No, we arrive before the event in order to set up to maximize the customers time with the rental.
Q.What condition will your rental arrive?
A.All rentals are cleaned and disinfected after every use. Your rental will arrive in great condition. 
Q.Do you provide table linens for table rentals?
A.We require the use of linens or Kwik-Covers on all rentals. We offer Kwik-Covers for purchase.
Q.Do we have to keep the inflatables plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes, once we set up the inflatable it must stay inflated the entire time until day of pick up between the times of 8 am to 5 pm.
Q.What if I don't have a power source?
A.If you do not have a power source available, we will require a generator. Generators are available for a charge of $75.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying with cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Please contact us immediately at 832-917-6175.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.No, we do not. Payment will need to be completed before day of event.
Q.What if there is a problem after the delivery?
A.Please contact us immediately at 832-917-6175.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete and indoors. 
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes, once you've completed the order a link in your receipt is provided and/or you may contact our office for a copy.
Q.Can silly string be considered a damage on the inflatable rentals?
A.Yes, if we find any silly string on any of our inflatables after usage there will be an additional cleaning fee of $300.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged?
A.We offer a damage waiver at an additional cost in case of damage. However, if you opt out of this option you are responsible for the cost in the event the damage is beyond normal wear and tear.
